Planning to import your pet to the United Kingdom? Here's an overview of the requirements you need to know. Due to the high demand for pets traveling to London Heathrow Airport (LHR), pet acceptance operates on a first-come, first-served basis. All pets arriving at LHR must have an advanced reservation secured at the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre (HARC). Given the limited space and high demand at HARC, we recommend booking with Continental Pet Relocation at least 60 days in advance of your desired relocation date.
Rest assured, we'll confirm your import eligibility and promptly request the desired space with the airline and HARC on your behalf. Please note that HARC only accepts pre-notifications and reservation requests directly from the airline, which are then added to the PHILIS database. Trust Continental Pet Relocation to handle all the logistics, ensuring a smooth and stress-free relocation experience for you and your furry companion.
