Pet Relocation to Singapore

Understanding Pet Import Regulations for Category C Countries: A Guide for Pet Owners

Category C countries include Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, USA (except Hawaii and Guam). Pets arriving from these countries have two quarantine options: C1 for ten days or C2 for 30 days.

To qualify for the ten-day quarantine (C1), pets must receive a rabies vaccination at least four months before travel, undergo a rabies blood test, and receive an additional rabies vaccination after the blood test.

Alternatively, the C2 option involves a rabies vaccination three months before entry, eliminating the need for a second vaccination after the blood test. However, pets under C2 require a 30-day quarantine upon arrival in Singapore instead of ten days under C1 entry.
