Prepare your pets for travel to certain countries where manifest cargo arrival is required, such as the United Kingdom, a preferred destination for pet travel. When flying to the UK, your pets may travel unaccompanied but rest assured, they'll receive exceptional care upon arrival at the London Heathrow Animal Reception Center (HARC). Upon landing, pets are swiftly transferred from the aircraft to HARC, where they're checked in and released from their crates into designated boarding spaces. Each pet undergoes a microchip scan for identification and is provided with climate-controlled indoor and outdoor kennel space for comfort and exercise. HARC ensures pets' needs are met with beds, blankets, food, and water, including any special dietary or medical requirements. Following customs clearance, we'll coordinate delivery or collection with you. Please note, the process typically takes 5-8 hours from flight arrival, subject to airline, authority, or HMRC customs activity.
