Please read some testimonials about Continental Pet Relocation’s service. We love what we do and it comes across to our clients. We go above and beyond with the pet relocation process and treat every pet as if they were our very own family member.
Continental Pet Relocation is a wonderful company. Heather took away all of the stress of relocating my two cats from Los Angeles, California to Greensboro, North Carolina. She did everything from informing me on which crates to purchase, what paper work I needed from the vet, organized their flights, picked them up from the airport, organized their 8 days of boarding until I arrived, and drove them straight to our new house. She was awesome !
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather and Continental Pet Relocation! Heather quickly learned how anxious I was in trying to relocate Kovu from South Carolina to California. She was caring, patient, understanding, and answered all of my questions! She was on top of everything throughout the entire process and kept in constant communication with me on our day of travel, making sure I was updated on everything. It is evident how much Heather and the Continental Pet team truly cared about Kovu and I. I highly recommend them for anyone who is needing help in relocating their pets!
Thank you so much Heather & Frank ! I am so grateful to you for bringing Jingles here to me, and I know Jingles feels the same way too 😉 I am so happy that we decided to trust your company and hand Jingles over to you for those couple of days. Thank you for taking care of all the necessary papers, air plane tickets, and vaccines for him. Jingles and I are happier then ever together again.
Thank you ^_^

Christmas/ New Year’s 2012, our family was getting ready to move from Atlanta to London A local pet relocation service I had been working with for weeks had told me they’d booked our 6 year old Australian Cattle Dog, Critter, to travel on our same flight to London on New Year’s Day. A week and a half before we were set to leave, and days before Christmas, they stopped communicating with me. I then found out not only had they not booked Critter a ticket nor made any kind of arrangements, much of the information they had given me regarding all the paperwork and procedures of getting him ready to fly to the United Kingdom was totally wrong. When I began trying to make the arrangements myself, I discovered that the airline they said they’d booked him on was not operating, and had not been for a while, any flights from Atlanta to London that would transport pets, period. So it was Christmas, all our belongings had already been packed up by movers, we were set to leave the U.S. indefinitely in a matter of days, and we were scrambling to find a way to transport Critter. Did I mention we’d just had our first baby 5 weeks earlier? I desperately searched for help, calling every regional pet relocation service I could find on Google. Many of them were closed for the holidays, or would not relocate a pet during the holidays. A lot did not return my calls or e-mails. When I called Heather, I was surprised that not only did she actually answer her phone, she agreed to help me. Despite my panic, stress, hormones and tears, she very calmly took charge of the situation and told me what to do, and when. Her communication was always very clear and very prompt. Within a day, she had booked Critter a flight on another airline and the ball was rolling. We had to kennel him for a few nights when we left Atlanta, and Heather picked him up from his kennel and took him to the airport. She gave us updates frequently, checked up on him once he landed, and two days after we arrived, he was safely with us in London! I would trust Heather with our boy again without a second’s hesitation. We knew that she would make sure we knew exactly what we we had to do on our end, and that Critter would be safe and cared for completely while he was with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!
We cannot thank Charlotte Pet Services/Continental Pet Relocation enough with helping us with our move to Bulgaria. This was our first time moving abroad and our kids (10 and 8) didn’t want to leave our year old King Charles Spaniel, Chester, behind nor did we. After seeking referrals and reaching out to less than responsive pet shippers, I was so pleased once I found Charlotte Pet Services. They were very responsive to my initial inquiries providing great information about shipping pets abroad easing any anxiety I had. Additionally, they provided great recommendations regarding travel days, airlines, and layovers, especially since we were moving between the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.Due to our travel plans and the holidays and weekends, Chester spent a week with the Blas family. They were great about sending us pictures and updates during his stay with them. On the travel day, they kept us well informed as Chester checked-in for each flight and how his layovers were going. It sounds as if he made an impression with the ground crew in Atlanta. Due to flight times and layover requirements, Chester had to stay the night in the Frankfurt Airport Animal Depot before making his last leg of his trip to the Sofia Airport. The day Chester was to arrive, we expected him to be delivered early afternoon but as the hours passed and no sign of our beloved pup, Heather emailed to check and see how the reunion went. When I shared that we still did not have Chester, she was quick to reach out to the delivery company and determine his status. They were working through the final custom steps and on their way to deliver him.Chester was so excited to see us and has since settled in very well into life in Bulgaria. He enjoys barking at the big dog next door as well as the cats that pass through our backyard, going hiking with us, and walking the big city parks and greeting other dogs.
Charlotte Pet Services/Continental Pet Relocation did an excellent job of caring for our puppy, making all the travel arrangements, and ensuring our pup arrived safely and securely. Shipping a pet overseas is a stressful decision and complicated process and we are very glad to find such a capable and caring service.
Heather is comfortable caring for my elderly dogs and my birds, including a very large, obnoxious macaw named Ginny. I treat my pets like family, and it is difficult to find a pet sitter who feels the same way about them as I do. I am completely confident that she cares for them with the same love and respect as I do, and would do whatever is necessary for them in my absence. Heather is intelligent, caring, and follows instructions carefully. My pets love her. It is so comforting for me to know that she is with my family when I have to be away.
We were so nervous shipping our precious Levi around the world but through the extensive communication with Heather, she put our minds at ease. She explained the entire process, form the time he would be picked up to the time he would arrive and everything in between. Heather kept us informed though emails and even sent photos of Levi throughout his travels. He arrive safe in Charlotte and stayed with Heather in her home before continuing on to Tennessee. She included several photos of Levi obviously being well cared for in her home. We are so grateful for the service and the communication throughout that she provided. We would highly recommend Continental Pet Relocation for your pet travel needs.

Continental Pet Relocation did a phenomenal job with relocating my dog, Darla Mae. I had been using Heather, of Charlotte Pet Services, for over a year to walk Darla every day. When we found out that we were relocating for work from Charlotte to California, I informed Heather right away to see if she wanted to say good-bye to Darla Mae. At this point, she asked what my relocation plan was for Darla. Since things were moving quickly for our family, I truthfully didn’t have a relocation plan for Darla, other than fly her with us. Heather and I set-up a consultation appointment in which she proceeded to explain to me all that is involved in properly relocating a pet, whether domestically or internationally. This session was extremely informative and made it really evident to me that relocating Darla was a better job for Continental Pet Relocation than for my to take on. Not only did Heather clearly define all that was required from me prior to the actual flight (airplane certified crate, health certificate and rabies certificate), she assured me that she would make all the flight arrangements and board my dog the three days prior to our departure. On the day of her flight, they delivered Darla to airport, confirmed that weather and flight conditions we good enough for Darla to actually make her flight. Heather was in constant communication with me regarding Darla’s flight status and arrival times. She also provided us with the exact location of where we needed to retrieve Darla once she arrived in California. The estimated cost for this relocation service was well worth the piece of mind knowing that I could travel stress-free with my family, while Darla Mae was safely and respectfully cared for and relocated to our new home. I am confident that the professionalism, years of experience and devotion to pets, that the team at Continental Pet Relocation convey, made it an easy decision to use and recommend their services.

Thank you, Heather!
Rosy, Seamus, and Holly arrived in Dublin in great condition and they are in top form! They were obviously very well cared for and the journey did not seem to leave any lasting effects at all. They were very well hydrated so had no issues from that point of view either. Thank you so much for taking such great care of them, it means a lot to us to have our babies back and looking happy and healthy! All in all we are absolutely delighted with the service you provided. I hope Kevin sent you the reunion photos, he said he would, very nice guy, you couldn’t have picked a nicer better person for the job..I really cannot thank you enough for all that you have done!!
